• When you submit the demo-request form, we collect your first and last name, job title, company name, work email, and any notes you choose to share.
• We use this information to arrange and prepare a workflow-mapped demo and to contact you about PortiVix.

Information collected automatically

• We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as pages visited and approximate location. Google Analytics may set cookies on your device.
• Analytics cookies are optional. They are only set if you accept analytics cookies via the consent banner, and you can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.
• We do not collect or store advertising-related identifiers, and advertising features are disabled.

3. Legal basis for processing

We process demo-request information on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry. We process analytics information only on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
